Amends North Dakota Century Code section 27-09.1-05 to modify how county clerks compile and maintain master lists for jury selection.

Adds tribal registries from federally recognized Indian tribes in North Dakota as an authorized source for names to supplement the master list of actual voters.

County clerks must compile the master list from actual voters supplemented with names from utility customers, property taxpayers, motor vehicle registrations, tribal registries (if available), and driver's licenses as designated by the state supreme court.

Requires county clerks to avoid duplication of names when compiling the master list.
