Amends subsection 2 of section 4.1-31-01 of the North Dakota Century Code to include domesticated rabbits in the definition of "animal" for meat inspection purposes.

Expands the list of animals subject to meat inspection regulations to include domesticated rabbits alongside cattle, swine, sheep, goats, farmed cervidae, llama, horses, equines, bison, other large domesticated animals, and poultry.

Passed the House with a vote of 90-0 (4 absent) and the Senate with a vote of 44-0 (3 absent).
