Legislative management shall study during the 2019-20 interim how North Dakota's central indexing system can notify secured lenders when a super priority lien is filed on their collateral.

Study shall be conducted in coordination with the secretary of state.

Legislative management shall report findings, recommendations, and any required legislation to the sixty-seventh legislative assembly.

Secretary of state may implement changes using the central indexing system prior to the sixty-seventh legislative assembly convening if a solution is determined.
