Allows county commissioners to make orders and vouchers for payment available on the county's official website instead of requiring publication in official proceedings minutes or reports.

Permits county auditors to publish election returns (vote by precincts for officers and propositions) on the county's official website or in the official county newspaper.

If election returns are published in the official county newspaper, the publication must be paid at a rate not exceeding the rate paid for publishing board of county commissioners proceedings.

Replaces outdated language in county records statutes, changing "shall" to "must" and "bethe" to "are" for clarity and modern usage.
