Amends North Dakota Century Code subsection 3 of section 5-02-06 regarding minors in establishments serving alcoholic beverages.

Permits individuals under twenty-one years of age to enter and remain in restaurant areas where alcoholic beverages are sold if accompanied by a parent or guardian and does not remain in the designated mixing area after 10 p.m.

Allows minors to remain in restaurants where alcohol is served if the restaurant is physically separated from the area where alcoholic beverages are opened or mixed and food sales equal or exceed alcoholic beverage sales in the dining area.

Permits minors employed as food servers (waiter, waitress, busboy, or busgirl) to work in restaurants where alcohol is served if under direct supervision of someone twenty-one or older and not involved in sale, dispensing, delivery, or consumption of alcoholic beverages.
