Directs legislative management to study state capitol accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 during the 2019-20 interim period.

Study must evaluate the quantity, location, and effectiveness of handicapped accessible parking spaces at the capitol grounds.

Study must assess accessibility of capitol entrances with consideration of security concerns and review handicapped accessible restrooms with appropriate signage.

Study must examine ground floor seating areas for individuals to rest and evaluate overall interior accessibility features.

Legislative management must report findings, recommendations, and any required legislation to the 67th Legislative Assembly.
