Attorney general shall implement a missing person repository for authorized users to enter missing person information in accordance with bureau of criminal investigation rules.

Missing person information must include demographic data related to indigenous people, entered by authorized users or provided by federally recognized tribes in North Dakota.

Repository records are exempt records that may be disclosed only in accordance with bureau of criminal investigation rules.

Amends section 54-12-34 of the North Dakota Century Code regarding the criminal justice data information sharing system to add the missing person repository requirement.
