Creates new section in North Dakota Century Code chapter 51-07 establishing warranty reimbursement requirements for commercial equipment manufacturers to dealers for parts, labor, and diagnostic work.

Requires manufacturers to reimburse dealers' labor at rates no less than the average rate charged to non-warranty customers and parts at no less than the dealer's average retail rate.

Manufacturers must approve or disapprove warranty claims within 30 days of submission, with claims automatically approved if not specifically disapproved in writing within that timeframe; payment must follow within 30 days of approval.

Establishes dealer retail rates using 100 sequential non-warranty customer service orders or 90 consecutive days of such orders (whichever is less) submitted within 180 days prior, with rates becoming effective 30 days after manufacturer approval.

Prohibits manufacturers from demanding recalculation of parts markup or labor rates more frequently than every 12 months and prevents burdensome transaction-by-transaction documentation requirements.
