• Amends North Dakota Century Code section 62.1-02-05 to allow individuals to possess firearms or dangerous weapons in church buildings or other places of worship
• Permits carrying concealed weapons if the individual holds a valid concealed weapons license from North Dakota or has reciprocity under section 62.1-04-03.1
• Requires approval from either the primary religious leader or governing body of the church or place of worship before carrying a weapon on the premises
• Applies only to individuals who are not otherwise legally precluded from possessing firearms or dangerous weapons
