Amends North Dakota Century Code section 15.1-07-20 regarding school vehicle driver requirements and physical examination costs.

School boards must forward examination charges to the individual driver's insurance carrier for initial payment of physical examination costs.

Any remaining costs after insurance coverage is applied for initial and recertification examinations required under chapter 15.1-07 become the responsibility of the school board.

For any additional examinations beyond initial and recertification, remaining costs after insurance coverage application are the driver's responsibility unless the school board otherwise provides.
