Authorizes the executive director of the North Dakota housing finance agency to require employment applicants to submit to criminal history record checks under section 12-60-24.

Adds the housing finance agency to the list of entities authorized to conduct criminal history record checks under North Dakota Century Code section 12-60-24, subsection 2.
