Amends subsection 5 of section 53-06.1-11 of the North Dakota Century Code regarding rent limits for electronic pull tab devices at gaming sites where bingo is not the primary game.

Establishes that monthly rent for electronic pull tab devices may not exceed $100 per machine for the first five machines in a venue.

Sets additional rent limit of $50 per machine for each machine beyond the first five machines in the same venue.

Caps total monthly rent for all electronic pull tab devices in a single venue at $1,125.
