Legislative council shall publish the code and code supplement on the legislative branch website.

Secretary of state shall send electronic notification of quarterly updates to the code and code supplement to specified recipients including the governor, attorney general, judges, county auditors, libraries, and legislative members upon request.

Secretary of state shall make copies and subscriptions to the code and code supplement available to any person upon payment of subscription fees as determined by the legislative council.

All fees collected by the secretary of state must be deposited in the general fund of the state treasury.

Each legislative member is entitled to receive electronic notification of quarterly updates to the administrative code during service, and the secretary of state shall inform departing legislators how to obtain a subscription.
