Defines "air gun" as any device expelling projectiles using unignited compressed air or gas from a precharged pneumatic power source, excluding air bolts or archery equipment.

Defines "precharged pneumatic power source" as an air gun with an internal compressed air or gas reservoir that prefills before firing and remains pressurized until depleted.
