Amends North Dakota Century Code section 27-05.2-03 to modify the threshold for civil legal services fund fees from $600,000 to $750,000 per biennium before excess fees are deposited to the state general fund.

Maintains the $80 filing fee for civil cases, with $15 directed to the civil legal services fund and amounts exceeding $750,000 per biennium deposited to the state general fund.

Preserves the $50 fee for dissolution of marriage, annulment, or separation petitions, with $50 to the displaced homemaker account and $15 to the state general fund.

Maintains existing fees for case answers ($50), small claims actions ($10), document preparation ($10), and modification motions ($30), with deposits to the state general fund.

Passed the House 78-12 and the Senate 46-0 during the 2019 regular legislative session.
