HCR 3007 Summary

• Creates an alternative process allowing initiative sponsors to submit measures directly to the legislative assembly for consideration instead of requiring ballot circulation.

• Measures approved by the legislative assembly become law; if rejected or vetoed, sponsors may request placement on the next statewide election ballot.
