Designates employee positions for the Sixty-sixth Legislative Assembly (2019) and sets daily wage rates for House positions ranging from $115 to $201 and Senate positions ranging from $115 to $201.

Provides additional compensation of $1 per day for each previous regular legislative session where an employee worked at least 45 days, with a maximum bonus of $10 per day.

Allows each majority and minority leader to hire one administrative assistant and two staff assistants, with flexibility to hire fewer or more positions as long as total daily compensation does not exceed the authorized amount.

Permits positions to be converted to part-time status with hourly rates approved by the respective house Employment Committee, and allows part-time employees to hold multiple positions if combined hours do not exceed full-time equivalent.

Provides compensation for employees during legislative recesses and required committee hearings, and specifies compensation ends upon employee resignation, discharge, or termination.
