Urges Congress and the President to fund construction of a wall and border control impediments along the U.S.-Mexico border along with strengthening border control infrastructure.

Calls for ensuring compliance with and enforcement of federal immigration laws, particularly those regarding national security, immigration, and employment.

Cites a 2018 National Border Patrol Council survey showing 89 percent of line agents in two busy sectors affirming that a "wall system in strategic locations is necessary to securing the border."

Acknowledges that the United States accepts more legal immigrants than any nation and welcomes immigrants of all races, religions, and creeds who immigrate legally to North Dakota.

Directs the North Dakota Secretary of State to forward copies of the resolution to the President, Congress leadership, and all members of the North Dakota Congressional Delegation.
