Office of Management and Budget receives $441,100 for lawsuit expenses; Tax Department receives $1,320,000 for homestead tax credits ($1,170,000) and disabled veterans credits ($150,000).

Industrial Commission receives $269,408 for litigation costs; Bank of North Dakota receives $1,000,000 for loan interest payments related to protest costs; State Historical Society receives $265,000 for litigation costs.

Adjutant General receives $2,473,884 total ($887,823 general fund, $1,586,061 special funds from environment and rangeland protection fund) for loan repayments for disaster costs and emergency hay operation.

Attorney General receives $905,910 total ($50,000 general fund, $855,910 federal funds) for prosecution witness fees and capital assets; bill directs attorney general to seek federal reimbursement for Dakota Access Pipeline response costs to repay Bank of North Dakota loans.
