Amends section 27-20-52 of the North Dakota Century Code regarding access to law enforcement and correctional facility records of children involved in delinquency, unruly, or deprivation cases.

Adds "assistant superintendent" to the list of school personnel authorized to inspect these records, alongside superintendents, principals, or their designees.

Specifies that authorization applies to records of children currently enrolled in the school or wishing to enroll in a school.

Maintains that these records remain closed to the public unless a delinquency charge is transferred for criminal prosecution or the court orders otherwise in the child's interest.

Permits the release of general information that does not identify the child.
