Updates the definition of "pasteurized milk ordinance" in North Dakota Century Code from the 2015 revision to the 2017 revision of the Grade "A" Pasteurized Ordinance issued by the FDA and USDA Public Health Service.

Amends section 4.1-25-31 to reference the 2017 revision of "Methods of Making Sanitation Ratings of Milk Shippers" for rating and certification procedures used by the state milk sanitation officer.

Amends section 4.1-25-32 to reference the 2017 edition of "Evaluation of Milk Laboratories" for milk laboratory certification and evaluation procedures.

Amends section 4.1-25-33 to require dairy producers, processors, and manufacturers to comply with the 2017 revision of the "Procedures Governing the Cooperative State-Public Health Service Food and Drug Administration Program of the National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments."
