Adds transfer on death deeds and revocation instruments authorized under chapter 30.1-32.1 to the list of exemptions from full consideration statement filing requirements with the county recorder.

Requires transfer on death deeds to contain essential elements and formalities of a properly recordable inter vivos deed, except as otherwise provided.

Requires transfer on death deeds to state that the transfer to the designated beneficiary occurs at the transferor's death.

Requires transfer on death deeds to use the phrase "transfer on death deed" or the abbreviation "TOD" in the deed title.

Requires transfer on death deeds to be recorded before the transferor's death in the county recorder's office where the property is located.
