Amends North Dakota Century Code section 15-10-43 to modify the composition of the admissions committee for North Dakota students in the veterinary medical education program at Kansas State University.

Changes the faculty member requirement from "department of veterinary and microbiological sciences" to "appointed by the vice president for agricultural affairs at North Dakota State University."

Maintains the admissions committee composition of five members: one faculty member from NDSU, one practicing veterinarian from North Dakota, one state legislative assembly member, one livestock producer, and the chairman of the Kansas State University School of Veterinary Medicine admissions committee.

Allows both the legislative management and Kansas State University admissions committee chairman to select alternatives for each designated position to serve as necessary.

Requires the admissions committee to prioritize eligible students interested in large animal veterinary medicine when determining selection criteria.
