Amends North Dakota Century Code section 39-06-05 to modify age requirements for students enrolled in high school driver's training courses.

Students must be at least 14 years of age by the completion date of the classroom portion to enroll in a high school driver's training program approved by the superintendent of public instruction.

Students cannot participate in the behind-the-wheel driver's training portion until they reach 14 years of age.

Students must complete the required amount of behind-the-wheel driver's training before successfully completing the course.

School districts sponsoring driver's training programs must maintain insurance coverage in the amount required under section 39-16.1-02, with proof filed by the insurance carrier to the superintendent of public instruction.
