Amends section 15.1-02-16 of the North Dakota Century Code to authorize the superintendent of public instruction to adopt rules governing the issuance of credentials for teachers of computer and cyber science.

Adds credentials for computer and cyber science teachers as item 19 to the existing list of teacher and administrator credentials the superintendent may regulate.
