Constitutional amendment measures must be divided into clearly identifiable sections, with each section addressing only one section of the constitution and including the entire text of the section being amended.

Language to be removed from the constitution must be overstruck and language to be added must be underlined in amendment measures.

If a constitutional amendment exceeds 500 words, a detailed summary of up to 500 words must be printed on the ballot instead of the full text, with the full text available upon voter request at polling places.

The secretary of state shall print a short, concise statement explaining the effect of affirmative or negative votes on all measures, with "Yes" and "No" options marked by ovals for voter selection.

Measures must be grouped and classified as constitutional measures, initiated statutes, or referred statutes, with constitutional amendments placed first on the ballot, followed by initiated statutes and referred statutes, then numbered consecutively.
