Amends microbrew pub licensing to allow transfer of beer in bulk to affiliated microbrew pubs where the parent owns at least 85% interest, with limits of no more than 3 affiliated locations and transfers not exceeding 50% of receiving pub's production.

Requires receiving affiliated microbrew pub to have produced minimum 5,000 gallons in preceding calendar year, with production prorated based on days beer was produced.

Amends brewer taproom license provisions to allow similar bulk beer transfers to affiliated brewer taprooms under identical ownership and production requirements as microbrew pubs.

Clarifies that transferred beer is credited to the manufacturing brewery or microbrew pub for purposes of calculating compliance with the 10,000 barrel (microbrews) and 25,000 barrel (breweries) annual production limits.
