Amends North Dakota Century Code section 12-59-12 to allow the parole board to reconsider its action in granting parole to any individual before release and final discharge from any correctional facility.

Authorizes reconsideration on the board's own motion or upon petition of interested parties.

Permits the parole board to modify or enlarge parole conditions at any time before expiration or termination of parole, provided notice is given to the parolee and good cause is established.

Changes terminology from "convict" to "individual" throughout the statute.

Passed with overwhelming support: 92-0 in the House and 46-0 in the Senate.
