Creates chapter 30.1-37 of the North Dakota Century Code establishing the Uniform Electronic Wills Act, allowing wills to be executed electronically in compliance with specified requirements.

Requires electronic wills to be readable as text at time of signing and signed by the testator or another individual in the testator's name with the testator's direction, plus either at least two witnesses or acknowledgment before a notary public.

Permits electronic wills to revoke previous wills expressly or by inconsistency, or through physical acts performed with intent to revoke if established by preponderance of evidence.

Allows electronic wills to be simultaneously executed, attested, and made self-proving through testator acknowledgment and witness affidavits before an authorized officer, with the officer's certificate affixed to or logically associated with the electronic will.

Effective for wills of decedents who die after July 31, 2021; passed by the House 92-1-1 and Senate 47-0-0.
