Amends North Dakota Century Code section 39-06.2-10 to establish disqualification periods for commercial driver's license holders convicted of specific violations.

First-time violators are disqualified from driving commercial motor vehicles for not less than one year if convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, leaving an accident scene, using a vehicle in felony commission, refusing an alcohol test, or driving with blood alcohol concentration of .04% or higher.

Disqualification period increases to not less than three years if any of the above violations occurred while transporting hazardous materials required to be placarded.
