Amends North Dakota Century Code section 50-06-43.2 to change the Commission on Juvenile Justice presiding officer designation from the governor to the chairman of the legislative management.

Changes one commission member appointment from "a representative of a city police department" to "a representative of local law enforcement."

Schedules the repeal of section 50-06-43.2 to become effective August 1, 2025, while the amended version takes effect immediately.

Maintains the Commission's composition of 10 members including three House representatives, three Senate members, and designees from state agencies, plus three governor-appointed members.

Requires the Commission to meet at least four times per year, review juvenile justice statutes, gather child welfare information, and submit annual reports to the governor and legislative management.
