Legislative management shall study natural gas and propane infrastructure development in North Dakota during the 2021-22 interim period.

Study must examine current natural gas and propane infrastructure available in the state, including challenges and community needs for infrastructure development.

Study must include a cost-benefit analysis of any state incentives designed to encourage natural gas and propane infrastructure development.

Legislative management shall report findings, recommendations, and any required implementing legislation to the 68th legislative assembly.
