Director shall establish online electronic process for written portion of operator's license examination with $10 fee per applicant.

Online written examination must use personal security questions about the applicant and require parent or legal guardian certification that they monitored a minor applicant during the test.

Director may charge separate fees for online written testing ($10) and traditional written testing ($5) for operator's license applications.

Noncommercial applicants may renew licenses by mail or electronically every other renewal cycle, except when seeking new photo or changes to information on the physical license.

Applicant can provide vision examination statement from licensed physician or optometrist within six months instead of taking eyesight test.
