Amends North Dakota Century Code section 47-05-17 to prohibit severing hunting access rights from surface estates.

Hunting rights protected include shooting, pursuing, taking, or killing game animals or birds; searching for or flushing game; luring or calling wildlife; hiding for hunting purposes; and advancing toward wildlife with hunting implements or equipment.

The prohibition applies only to deeds, instruments, or property interests recorded or executed on or after August 1, 2007.
