Amends North Dakota Century Code section 53-06.1-11.1, subsection 3 to modify restrictions on charitable gaming net proceeds.

Removes the previous exception that allowed veterans organizations to use gaming proceeds for property-related expenses; now applies uniform restrictions to all organizations.

Prohibits use of charitable gaming net proceeds for erection, acquisition, property taxes, special assessments, improvement, maintenance, or repair of real or personal property unless the property is used exclusively for an eligible use.
