Local governing bodies may authorize qualified alcoholic beverage licensees to sell beer, wine, or sparkling wine at permitted events for periods not exceeding fourteen days, with permit fees capped at twenty-five dollars.

Local governing bodies may authorize individuals under twenty-one years of age to attend events where alcoholic beverages are sold, subject to specific conditions set forth in the permit.

Only employees of the qualified licensee who are at least twenty-one years of age may deliver and sell beer, wine, or sparkling wine at the event.

No person under twenty-one years of age may consume, possess, or receive alcoholic beverages at the event, and adults may not authorize such consumption or possession by minors.

Violation of event permit conditions, including unauthorized dispensing, sale, or consumption of alcoholic beverages, is a class B misdemeanor.
