Creates new class C felony for intentionally or knowingly aiding, abetting, facilitating, soliciting, or inciting another person to commit an abortion.

Amends murder of unborn child statute to apply to any person who willingly performs an abortion for any reason other than to save the life of the pregnant woman.

Establishes class AA felony for intentionally or knowingly causing death of an unborn child, or causing death under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of the unborn child's or pregnant woman's life.

Provides class A felony alternative when death of unborn child occurs under the influence of extreme emotional disturbance for which there is reasonable excuse.

Maintains exception from criminal liability for abortions performed by or under supervision of a licensed physician with pregnant woman's consent, and for acts pursuant to usual and customary standards of medical practice.
