Legislative management shall study the definitions of "dangerous weapon" and "public gathering" during the 2021-23 interim period.

Study must determine which weapons should be classified as dangerous weapons under North Dakota law.

Study must evaluate whether "public gathering" includes athletic or sporting events, school buildings, or churches.

Legislative management shall report findings and recommendations to the sixty-eighth legislative assembly, including any proposed legislation.
