Adds new section to North Dakota Century Code Chapter 32-03 providing employers immunity from civil liability for employee COVID-19 contraction, exposure, or potential exposure during employment.

Immunity applies to independent contractors as well as traditional employees, defined as individuals performing services for wages or remuneration under a contract of hire.

Immunity does not apply when an employer's willful misconduct or intentional infliction of harm caused the damage, loss, or injury.

Applies to all civil actions filed after March 1, 2021, including claims by employees or former employees who knew or reasonably should have known about COVID-19 exposure before the Act's effective date.
