Amends North Dakota Century Code section 28-01-25.1 to establish a ten-year statute of limitations for childhood sexual abuse claims beginning when the plaintiff knew or reasonably should have known a potential claim exists.

Revives claims for childhood sexual abuse that were barred by the statute of limitations as of August 1, 2021, allowing them to be commenced before August 1, 2023.

Defines "childhood sexual abuse" as any act committed against a plaintiff under age eighteen that would violate North Dakota chapters 12.1-20 or 12.1-27.2.

Eliminates the requirement for plaintiffs to identify which specific act in a continuous series of sexual abuse acts caused the injury.

Act is effective through July 31, 2023, and becomes ineffective after that date.
