Amends North Dakota Century Code section 28-01-25.1 to change the statute of limitations for childhood sexual abuse claims from "knew or reasonably should have known" to when the plaintiff "was advised by an attorney licensed to practice law in this state that a potential claim exists"

Maintains the ten-year window for commencing a claim for relief resulting from childhood sexual abuse

Defines "childhood sexual abuse" as any act committed against a plaintiff under eighteen years of age that would violate North Dakota Chapter 12.1-20 (sexual offenses) or 12.1-27.2

Permits plaintiffs to pursue claims without establishing which specific act in a continuous series of sexual abuse acts by the defendant caused the injury
