Directs legislative management to study public school nutritional resources during the 2021-22 interim, including potential options for providing free breakfast or lunch to all public school students

Study must evaluate usage, participation, and effectiveness of the federal free and reduced lunch program in North Dakota public schools

Study must review cost of living, income and poverty guidelines across districts and regions, and compare North Dakota laws with other state laws regarding school nutritional services and funding

Study must examine potential use of local and state products in school lunch programs, public-private partnerships, and stigma associated with participating in free and reduced lunch programs

Legislative management shall report findings, recommendations, and any required implementing legislation to the 68th legislative assembly
