Creates a new state narcotics task force under the attorney general with a criminal and narcotics investigator assigned to Rolette County.

Task force agent shall identify, disrupt, and dismantle drug trafficking organizations in Rolette County and the Turtle Mountain Reservation area.

Assigned agent serves as coordinator of the state narcotics task force and oversees all operations targeting illegal drug activity in the surrounding area.

Task force must include participatory law enforcement agencies and representation from the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians through a memorandum of understanding.
