Prohibits inducement, persuasion, misrepresentation, or other means to breach a lawful contract or interfere with prospective business relationships between two or more parties.

Allows aggrieved persons to bring civil actions and requires courts to award treble damages plus all reasonable personal costs including court costs and attorney's fees in successful cases.

Requires plaintiffs to establish four elements: existence of valid business relationship or expectancy, intentional and improper interference, proof of causation, and actual damages.

Permits courts to issue injunctions upon showing of good cause to restrain violators from continuing the unlawful interference.

Establishes that followers or members of online platforms used for business purposes are considered prospective business relationships; defines "unlawful interference" to include violations of online platform terms of service or breach of contract by platforms.

Creates class A misdemeanor liability for violations made in bad faith and in collusion with a third party.
