Amends section 15-10-17 of the North Dakota Century Code to expand jurisdiction of University of North Dakota law enforcement officers.

Extends jurisdiction beyond all state board of higher education property to include a specifically defined geographical area bounded by Demers Avenue, North 55th Street, University Avenue, North 42nd Street, Gateway Drive, North Columbia Road, 10th Avenue North, North 25th Street, 6th Avenue North, North 20th Street, 5th Avenue North, North 23rd Street, Dyke Avenue, and North Washington Street.

Includes Grand Forks International Airport within the jurisdiction of University of North Dakota law enforcement officers.
