Insurers must provide coverage for telehealth services at the same level as in-person services, with definitions expanded to include e-visits and virtual check-ins via telephone.

Legislative management shall study health insurance networks during 2021-22 interim, examining broad and narrow network usage, consolidation impacts, and provider network designs, with findings reported to the 68th legislative assembly.
