Changes the age requirement for antique motor vehicle licensing from 40 years old to 35 years old in North Dakota Century Code section 39-04-10.4.

Motor vehicles at least 35 years old may be permanently licensed by the department for a registration fee of $10 and receive a distinctive number plate.

Owners may display an original number plate from the year of manufacture or military identification numbers instead of the distinctive plate, subject to director approval and no duplication in department records.

Vehicles licensed under this section may alternatively use a personalized plate for a one-time fee of $100.

Antique motor vehicles licensed under this section cannot be used in routine business or farming operations.
