Direct the Legislative Management to study all space and property leased by the state or state agencies since January 1, 2018, including amount, type, cost, and percent occupancy

Require identification of individuals who own leased properties, including members of corporations, partnerships, or other entities owning state-leased property

Examine whether statewide elected or appointed officials should be restricted from owning property leased by the state or state agencies

Examine whether legislators should be prohibited from voting on appropriation bills for agencies that lease property from those legislators

Require the Legislative Management to report findings, recommendations, and any necessary legislation to the Sixty-eighth Legislative Assembly
