Appropriates $35,632,874 in total funds ($35,562,874 general fund and $70,000 special funds) for legislative branch expenses for the fiscal period ending June 30, 2023, including salaries, operating expenses, and capital assets.

Increases legislative member compensation from $186 to $189 per day through June 30, 2022, and to $193 per day thereafter; increases monthly biennium compensation from $518 to $526 through June 30, 2022, and to $537 thereafter.

Increases leadership compensation for majority/minority leaders and legislative management chairman from $371 to $377 per month through June 30, 2022, and to $385 per month thereafter.

Authorizes the office of management and budget to transfer appropriation authority between line items for legislative management and legislative council upon request, and to cancel unexpended appropriations from prior biennia.

Requires the legislative assembly and legislative council to report to appropriations committees on use of one-time funding ($1,766,284 for assembly and $198,000 for council) designated for redistricting, information technology expansion, and public website design during the 2021-23 biennium.
