Includes $421,940 in enhancements over the base level, with $392,443 allocated to salaries and wages and $29,497 to operating expenses.

Maintains 31.00 full-time equivalent positions for the department during the 2021-23 biennium.

Eliminates the one-time website redesign funding of $451,305 that was approved for the 2019-21 biennium.

Grants the Director of the Office of Management and Budget authority to transfer appropriation amounts between line items as requested by the Department of Financial Institutions commissioner, with notification required to the legislative council.
